The rooms are old bud cozy. We were surprised that bathtub has installed even whirlpool.
Some walls was damaged and not really clean, but it is an old property and it wasn’t really big deal for us.

部屋が広く、整っている。部屋に入ると既に電気とエアコンが付いていて快適になっていたので嬉しかった。収納もしっかりあってレンジや冷蔵庫などもあり不自由がない。
お風呂場に清潔感があまりなかった。シャワーのお湯が臭くて気になった。

Asia Hotel is a Fantastic hidden gem for budget visitors. The exterior is very unassuming. However you will find a neat lobby and a very comfortable room. Our room included a generous bathroom with a large soak tub, separate water closet, and a spacious sleeping area with comfortable beds.
The decor reminded us of textures and color tones popular in the early 80s yet appeared modern. Very nice and cozy.
Room amenities were modern and included a western style bidet, large shower, large tub, microwave, mini fridge, tv, and heated flooring.
A note to those from the Americas: the AC is a ceiling unit, so look up.
Staff was incredibly kind, and they staff few at a time and stay very busy preparing rooms, so we did have a seat in the lobby until they were available to check us in (we did arrive very early).
Language: be prepared to speak or translate your language into Japanese. Staff is very patient.
Location: you cannot see the hotel easily from the main road, however it is easy to find and is located near a nice convenience store, grocery store, and along a road that has a fantastic soba shop and a farmers market where we got very nice fresh fruit. Bring cash to these businesses.
I did email ahead to confirm that our bags could be held after check out and if the staff could arrange a taxi for us. Although we received email confirmation, it seems that the kind lady at the desk was caught off guard by this - as if she hadn’t been informed of our request. We struggled to communicate complex sentences with a translator app and it took some time to reach clarity. Nonetheless she handled it with grace and assisted us well.
But please relay information like this to the staff moving forward.

突っ込み所満載でした。お風呂水でないし、明かりは全快か真っ暗かの２択だし、電子レンジには、前客の10日前の食材入ってるし。玄関にでかい犬のう○こあるし(((*≧艸≦)ﾌﾟﾌﾟｯ色々笑えました。
