A well appointed apartment, it was immaculate and spacious and was well stocked with basic necessities such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, vinaigrette, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Having a carpark was great and it is very close to the lift. We enjoyed the infinity pool and spa on the roof. The views up there, especially at night, are amazing.
Michelle was very prompt in addressing any questions we had and she made the whole process easy.
The location is superb. It felt like we were staying in a resort. South City Square precinct is beautifully done. With so many and varied restaurants there we didn’t need to get in the car to find a place to dine at. And there is a Woolworths supermarket, butcher and pharmacy underneath the apartment. The Secret Garden is charming.

The location was excellent surrounded by different food shops and also being next to Woolies was an added bonus. The apartment was great. To have seperate bathrooms was a plus. The bed/bedding/pillows were so comfortable. Having cleaning products/toiletries/body wash etc as well as dishwashing detergent and laundry soap was amazing. Thank you so much to Michelle (host).
It’s not that I didn’t like it, however the tv wifi was sometimes delayed. Trying to watch Netflix and it kept buffering? But that was onmy minor because we were hardly there to watch tv but for families who do stay maybe it’s something that needs attention. But again it’s minor because everything else positive about the stay overwhelmed that small defect.

The location was great for the training we attended. Great opportunity to purchase food and drink downstairs. I appreciated the prompt and friendly responses when I raised my questions and concerns.
Finding the location was confusing, signage for the building was difficult to find. Getting in the carpark was also confusing. Numbers of parking bays and directions difficult to follow. Room was not ready on time and when we arrived there was water on the carpet in the bedroom. A stained red wine glass left in the cupboard.
