Splendour by the Lake is a bright, single-level rancher with a fully finished walk-out lower level, set in the heart of McKinley Beach — one of Kelowna's most coveted lakeside communities. A panorama of Okanagan Lake and the surrounding hills greets you from the living room, the deck, the bedrooms, and the family room below, shifting with the light all day long.
Main level — Step into an open living and dining space anchored by a cozy fireplace and smart TV, with a fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances ready for everything from morning coffee to a family dinner. When the evening's nice (and in the Okanagan, it usually is), head out to the deck, fire up the BBQ, and watch the sun drop over the water.
The primary bedroom is a true retreat: its own smart TV, motorized blinds, a walk-in closet, and a spa-style ensuite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A convenient powder room rounds out the main floor.
Lower level — Above-ground and just as bright, this is a second living space in its own right: a spacious family room with a 76" smart TV, two additional bedrooms with roller blinds, and a full bathroom. Lake views from every room.
Sleeping arrangements — sleeps 6 • Primary bedroom (main level): king bed, ensuite, smart TV, lake views • Bedroom 2 (lower level): king bed, lake views • Bedroom 3 (lower level): queen bed, lake views.
Living at McKinley Beach — As our guests, you'll have access to one of the most beautiful private community settings in the Okanagan:
• Private community beach on Okanagan Lake, with guest parking • 10+ km of natural hiking trails for every level, right outside the door
• Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts — we provide the rackets and ball
• Outdoor fitness area

• Weekly outdoor movie nights by the pond, surrounded by nature
Beach kit included — Leave the bulky gear at home. We provide towels, a beach cart, a rolling Igloo cooler, an umbrella, and a beach rug, so you can head to the lake with nothing but your sunscreen.
Comfort & convenience — Fast WiFi, central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and garage parking make arrivals, longer stays, and remote work effortless.

Just stayed at this beautifully appointed home as a group of 6 adults. The hosts were excellent and went over and above expectations to ensure we had everything we needed. The area was quiet, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a fantastic view of the lake. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could ask for. The views were absolutely spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Five stars across the board — we would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great location with beautiful views of Lake Okanagan. Only 15 minutes to Vernon or Kelowna or a short drive to the beach. This property is well appointed with all the required amenities. The hosts Ravi & Magdalena were very welcoming and made sure we arrived and gained access to their property and are close by if you have questions. We’d definitely stay here again.
