Apartment in Nashville, TN
Reasons to book
About this apartment rental
The Penthouse pairs two side-by-side homes on VRBO with a shared rooftop deck over downtown Nashville. Everyone gets their own room to sleep, then meets back on the roof as the skyline lights up.
Sleeping: 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 6 beds combined
Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, including a private ensuite
Outdoor space: Shared rooftop terrace with dining table, outdoor sofa, and string lights
Kitchens: Two full kitchens, one in each home, so nobody waits their turn to cook
Location: Minutes from Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame
Style: Colorful, boutique-style interiors throughout both homes
The Space:
Two front doors, two full kitchens, and one rooftop that pulls everyone back together after a day out. This VRBO listing pairs a 2-bedroom condo with a studio home right next door, giving a bigger family or two smaller families a real reason to book as one group instead of splitting into separate reservations. Home 1 is the 2-bedroom condo, built around an open living space with an orange sofa and pink accent chairs.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom sleeps with two full beds behind its own ensuite bathroom, so parents and kids each get a door that closes. A garage-style glass door in Home 1 slides open onto a private balcony with wicker chairs and string lights, perfect for a quiet coffee before the group wakes up.
Home 2 is a studio suite with yellow wallpaper, a pink sofa, and a wolf painting, sleeping a queen bed plus a twin/twin bunk alongside its own kitchenette, a good fit for kids or a second family traveling together.
Spend the day walking Broadway or touring the Country Music Hall of Fame, then bring everyone back up to the rooftop table as the skyline turns gold before the group splits back into two separate homes for the night.
