About this house rental
Cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan are featured in the great room of this comfortable lake home. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent dining area allows seating for your whole group. This level also offers a lakeside primary suite with a full bath and a powder room. For entertainment, there is a pool table in the family room, a bar, a foosball table, an air hockey table, a Ms. Pac-Man 10-in-1 arcade, and electronic darts! There are also two additional lakeside bedrooms, a bath, and a bunk area on this level with a TV with DVD in each room. For families traveling with little ones, a baby stroller is available for your convenience—perfect for walks around the neighborhood or day trips. There is also a high chair available as well.
Steps lead to the dock with a bench swing, plenty of room for sunbathing, and space to dock your boat. Paddle around the lake in the paddleboat and four kayaks, including two six-foot kayaks, and enjoy summer nights by the firepit or playing cornhole! This wide water cove is excellent for boating and other water sports, such as tubing and water skiing. For fun and relaxation in the water, guests can also enjoy our 6' x 18' floating swim mat, ideal for lounging, playing, or sunbathing on the water. It's a fantastic addition for both kids and adults to make the most of your time at the lake.

First off more detail about the driveway needed to be described, if your have a large SUV or long truck bed, or more than one vehicle you might want to rethink this location. It is one way in with steep driveway concrete wall down one side. We had two vehicles and constantly had to move vehicles to get into driveway to where we could get out. The house was "clean" maybe months ago, however huge spiderwebs throughout the house dead bugs in all rooms lined the walls.In some cases live spider activiity. DUST hanging off ceiling fans and on top of kitchen cabinets. Outside areas useless to sit and enjoy outside due to spiderweb covering everything or tree debris. even kayaks, swings on docks covered with spiderweb or otter poop with no water source to rinse off any seating. Paid alot of money and had very strict house rules to help their "professional housekeepers" Dusting, removing dead bugs, rinsing off outdoor furniture, should be a general practice when renting out a home. Messaged Host twice with no response.

The house had plenty of room for our family. We loved playing games downstairs. The view was great. The house was super clean which is always nice!

When we got to the property at 4:45, housekeeping was still there. Right after they left, the smoke alarm started chirping. Someone came to fix it promptly, it still chirped occasionally after he left though. Great location, a bit dated, mold on basement shower curtain, dirty carpet, but otherwise, a nice stay. I will say though, it is very hard to dock a pontoon on the side of the dock as the jet ski is blocking the docks tie off so we had to tie the boat to the poles resulting in a climb of about two feet onto the dock. I recommend not drinking the water from the bathroom taps,the water was very cloudy. Cleaning could be improved. Nice house otherwise.
