About this house rental
Located on Surf Ave between 25th and 24th Street, this large house was recently constructed and decorated and it is a perfect Wildwood rental for large groups and multiple couples with families. One block from the boardwalk and beach between Morey's Surfside Pier and Seaport Pier. This is a prime walkable location to hundreds of attractions and restaurants in desirable North Wildwood. Bedrooms for 2027 include: (1) first floor, queen; (2) 2nd floor king (3) 3rd floor king master; (4) 3rd floor, 4 single bunks; (5) 3rd floor,2 full/double beds. Its 4 bathrooms are spacious with walk-in showers and one tub.
The expansive 2nd floor great room is an open design perfect for a large gathering space. The house comes with a generously wide single car garage and two private driveway spaces. Relax at the condo's shared pool (shared only with 5 other units) and use our outdoor shower. The kitchen has a full slab of granite that acts as the dramatic centerpiece of a functional modern kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. For beachgoers, we provide beach chairs and a beach cart. The two balconies are furnished with new Polywood furniture and are large enough for entertainment and have fantastic views of weekly fireworks. This unit has not been previously rented prior to 2026.

Very spacious townhouse! Just a block from the beach and Wildwood Boardwalk! The home was incredibly clean and came equipped with all basic essentials and more. Our host, Jason, was great—professional and very responsive! My husband, adult children, grandkids, and I all had a fantastic time. We would definitely stay here again!

The rental was spotless and felt great upon entering. The house was incredible, the rooms were bueatiful, clean and adequate size for a party of 10! Communication with the owner was smooth with no issues. The showers were amazing nice feel, alot of room and good pressure. Literally a block from the boardwalk couldnt have asked for a better spot to stay!
