For safety, there are exterior security cameras monitoring the driveway and parking area only—no cameras inside or near private spaces.

We respect our guests’ privacy, but we’re always available if you need anything or have questions during your stay.
Welcome! A few simple rules keep the barn wonderful for you and everyone
after you:

- Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM.
- Up to 2 guests overnight. Day visitors welcome with prior notice.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please use the designated bins
for butts — not the flower beds or gravel.
- No pets, sorry — this one we can`t make exceptions on.
- Fire pit: not in high wind, put it out with water before bed or before
you leave, and please leave unused wood for the next guest.
- Please don`t feed the wildlife, including the cats — a fed animal just
keeps coming back.
- Please keep exterior doors closed; the lights attract insects.

Hot tub: rinse before you get in no glass
nearby, cover back on when you`re done.

Please report any damage straight away — we`d far rather hear it from you
than find it. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged.

Before you leave: wash the dishes, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash in
the metal can outside, lights off and appliances unplugged, key in the
lockbox, and let us know you`re away.

Staying past check-out without approval is charged as one additional night at your nightly rate.
