On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a storage room, and a living area with two rooms, fireplace, antique furniture, sofas, and armchairs. Upstairs: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.
The house, about 130 sqm over two floors, accommodates up to 6 guests. Restored in Tuscan style and furnished with family antiques, it has a spacious kitchen with stove, oven, fireplace-barbecue, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen opens directly onto the courtyard, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Electricity and gas for hot water, cooking, and heating are available for an extra charge to be paid at departure.
Capanne di Sopra estate features two charming stone houses. While close together, each house guarantees you a fully independent stay. Located 1.3 km from Montefollonico and 7 km from Montepulciano, the property sits in a peaceful, panoramic spot with sweeping views of the Montepulciano valley, San Biagio temple, Monte Amiata, and the Val d'Orcia hills. To preserve the rural atmosphere, there is no swimming pool. Four friendly, well-cared-for cats live on the estate. Access is via a private dirt road, about 400 meters from the main road, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woods. Reserved parking is provided.
