The place is good value for money - it's cheap, and if your expectations are not too high then it's totally fine. It was good enough for us to book it again for our last night after touring the island. The location is fantastic too, and there's a great cafe just opposite the door so no need to have breakfast included. The pool upstairs is very basic and shared by all guests but nobody except for us was using it.
The ceiling fan was so noisy in one of the room that we couldn't use it at night. Also in both of our stays they didn't bring us enough sheets and towels (which they did provide later, at our request, but it's hard to know who runs the place, who's in charge of what, whom to contact and how - workers appear and disappear).
