Our second visit in a short period, previous positive impressions confirmed. Airco issue resolved.
Kitchen equipment somewhat minimal , no bread knife or water cooker. Bed still squeaky. Bathroom window has no curtains, so little privacy vis-a-vis neighbours across the street.

Well located, nicely renovated apartment with a lovely terrace. Friendly and responsive landlord. Easy parking. Airco efficient (although the one in the bedroom made a banging noise - but probably easily solved with some maintenance).
Easy and clean stairs to get to the 4th floor.
The bed is not uncomfortable , with a good mattress , but the spring bottom is quite squeaky and moves a bit( a wooden one would solve the issue).
A bread knife and cereal bowls would usefully complement the generally good kitchen equipment.
There is no lift as the name however clearly states.
The intercom did not enable us to unlock the front door , so we needed to go down when the bell rang.
Can be an issue when you are three as we were with only one set of keys.
