It was the most perfect stay. The view, the comfort of the hotel, the perfect nearby restaurants and cafe with the same incredible view of the mountain. The staff made my stay amazing - they were so accomodating, hospitable and friendly. Caca was especially lovely and made my stay extra special. All the staff were so lovely.
Everything was perfect.

As a family of 3 we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The bed was super comfy and we stayed in the Deluxe King Room with the view of Mt Batur and bath on the balcony was a delight to enjoy this room.
The shower has full pressure hot water which was lovely as the temperature is a little cold of a night-time.
The included free pass to Paperhills was also a highlight.
Food was delicious and the service was 10/10.
Highly recommend staying at The Casa Lunamoon.

It’s one of the best hotels there and beautiful view.
The hotel smelt like mould and dampness throughout the property. Even inside the rooms which you couldn’t get away from.
