We always have liked the location, friendliness, and cleaniness of the room.
The room stunk. I smelled like mold or mildew especially in the bathroom. Towels looked dirty, a coffee packet was open, and coffee grounds went all over the floor and sink. It wasn't the same as before with the previous owners. Sad.
