The layout and decor of the room were nice and cozy and as seen on the pictures. The location was good as it’s close to the busier areas without having to be right in it
The towels and bedding weren’t fully looked after as I found stains/hair on both the bedding and towels. It would had been the perfect stay if the towels were a little cleaner

Good location, close to the surf, shops and restaurants, but as it’s not along the main streets you still get the peace wanted when relaxing.
Very helpful and friendly staff, all of them! The ones in the reception, at the restaurant, cleaning staff, all smiling and greeting.
Clean and nice both the pool and the pool area
We booked this hotel again during the same trip. Actually we booked it 3 times, as we were so satisfied there.
We have both stayed in the smaller room in 3. floor and the bigger ones with pool access. The smaller rooms are enough if you only stay for a couple of days, but for longer I think the bigger ones with pool access is needed.
We will be back!
We liked everything, but to improve even more, the bathroom could have another hook. Difficult to get the towels dry when they hang so close and several on the same hook.
Also it could have been good with a couple of parasols in the pool area

Stay was amazing. Location was great, staff were AMAZING. Pool was fantastic, very quiet vibe. I loved it. Next time I would pay extra to stay on the bottom floor. Can’t wait to go back!
The only thing I didn’t like was the floor would be sticky often but that’s Bali so oh well. That’s being super picky. Everything else was PERFECT.
