Price - It was well within my budget to have a nice place for my family & I to stay.
Many other places wanted almost double for what I paid & offered much less.
The owners did a wonderful job to make the place feel cozy & functional to support a family on a budget to enjoy a trip to OC MD.
Small kitchen.
Separate bedroom.
Comfortable couch & Smart TV’s.
Smart door Lock. Just enter a code.
Didn't need to risk loosing keys at beach.
Older kids were able to leave beach & go back to condo when they were tired at beach.
Short walk to the beach. (10-15 minutes)
Easy w/ just a small bag / cooler.
However, me being the Dad & needing to cary everything, I usually packed the truck up w/ beach gear & drove up to Coastal Hwy & parked closer to the beach. Lots of free street parking up the street.
You’re at the end of the Boardwalk.
Made it easy to go out at night & enjoy it.
Lots of nice restaurants nearby.
Can be walked to if desired.
If on budget, cant go wrong staying here.
The Smart Door Lock took a little effort to learn how to use. Took a few tries at first to get the door unlocked. Needed to learn the sequence on how it operated. Other than that, it was a useful feature.
