Here in uptown Ocean City, you'll be practically across the street from the Gold Coast Mall and one mile from Northside Park (the largest park in Ocean City with sports fields, piers, an outdoor exercise area, a community center, and walking and jogging paths).
Cap each beautiful day spent surfing and sunbathing by retreating to your shaded balcony, where you can sit back with a cocktail or gather for an alfresco meal with a panoramic view of the ocean.
Inside, the centrally air-conditioned living space is thoughtfully decorated and wonderfully uncluttered. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The view was amazing from the balcony. The condo was clean, fresh, and all of the amenities were just what we needed. It was a perfect space to be able to take our young kids right down to the beach, and quick and easy to come back up for nap time. Would definitely recommend staying here. :)

Communication lacked between owner and rental office , owner came to property on our last night and intended to let himself in, not knowing we were, wanting to unpack something’s he brought. We told the owner Saturday after 10
