Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Everything was wonderful. Check in was a bit late. I would of liked an earlier check in. This was the lasted check in I've ever had. The views were beautiful. People above us were smokers outside. It was nice parking under the building and having the elevator right there. Very convenient. Only negative thing was no wifi. We tried to contact management. We could never get through to them. We had other family in the area and couldn't stay in touch with them.

Great view, very clean, friendly neighbors and felt very safe! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Ocean City, MD.

Loved being on the bay in this beautiful home. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with a great view of the water and the sounds of the bay.
