It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. It was clean and had bonuses like a recliner, a cot, and master 1/2 bath. Excellent property!

The thermostat was set on 73 which was too high! It was very warm, especially at night! There were not enough kitchen supplies! Please fix the thermostat so that we can adjust it to our liking! It was hot and humid inside! Otherwise, it was a good place to stay!

This was a great rental for 2 adults. The bed could be more comfortable and the AC unit is in the bedroom which can be really loud, but the kitchen and living room are nice. It was very easy and convenient- right on the beach. Would rent again.
