The Space:

The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! (The indoor and large outdoor pools will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.) During the summer, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy but is not guaranteed. This beachfront condo is ideally within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, which are only four miles south. This beachfront studio is designed with your ultimate comfort and relaxation in mind. Step onto your private oceanfront balcony and soak in breathtaking direct views of the ocean—perfect for savoring morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding with a refreshing evening drink while listening to the waves. The cozy living area invites you to kick back and relax. In 2026, we added a queen-size cabinet bed, a convenient breakfast bar, and an armoire for extra storage. A fresh tile kitchen backsplash was installed in 2025. Recent updates keep everything feeling comfortable: • 2024: A new queen sofa bed and digital entry system. • 2022: Brand-new HVAC • 2021: Stainless-steel kitchen appliances and a washer. Whether you’re brewing a quick breakfast, preparing a simple meal, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze, this thoughtfully updated studio delivers effortless beachfront bliss. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.



Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:

NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
