Cleanliness
This studio is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in, with a documented pre-arrival photo checklist. If anything falls short, message us with photos within 1 hour of arrival and we'll make it right immediately. Reports made after checkout are not eligible for a cleanliness-based refund.

Comfort & Sleep
Queen bed in an open studio layout; the bed, seating, and workspace share one room. Please review photos and room type carefully before booking if you need a separate sleeping area.

Access
Self check-in via smartlock after 4:00 PM. Checkout by 10:00 AM. Late checkout is never automatic. Must be requested and confirmed by us in writing.

Building & Location
Private studio inside a shared residential community in Sheffield Park. Expect shared hallways/elevators and a car-dependent area. Distances to hospitals/stadiums listed are drive times.

Shared Amenities Gym, laundry and parking are shared community resources subject to building hours, not guaranteed in-unit amenities.

Ongoing Renovations
The building is currently undergoing property improvements. While your unit is separately maintained, you may notice occasional construction activity, contractor presence in common areas, or temporary pest activity common during renovation work in older buildings. We treat proactively and respond immediately to any reports, please message us right away if you notice anything so we can act same-day.

Building Note
This unit is part of a large multi-unit residential community. While your private studio is professionally maintained by us, shared building systems (HVAC, elevators, common areas) are managed by the property, not by your host. If you experience any building-wide issue (AC outage, elevator, common area concern), please message us immediately, we will escalate to property management and keep you updated, but we can't guarantee timelines for building infrastructure fixes.

Safety
As with any city stay, we recommend standard precautions. Keep valuables out of sight in your vehicle, use the secure smartlock entry provided, and lock doors/windows when out. The unit itself features secure keyless entry for your privacy and safety.

Non-Smoking
This unit and the entire building are non-smoking, including vaping and cannabis. A designated outdoor smoking area is available in the complex’s open space. Evidence of indoor smoking results in an additional cleaning charge.
