Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. Wall-to-wall windows offer strong natural lighting and jaw-dropping views from inside the condo. Bold, contemporary interior decor creates a sophisticated living space, while the open-concept living area sets the stage for comfortable home gatherings. A wet bar is equipped for happy hour hosting convenience. A full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are waiting at home to help you rest and recharge for the next day's adventures.
*Please be aware: This unit is located in the portion of the Capri building that will be impacted by a balcony restoration project during the off-season. Construction is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no construction taking place on weekends. Construction noise should be expected during these hours, and the balcony will be inaccessible during the construction period.*

PARKING: After checking in, proceed to the Capri building to pay the building registration fee. ONE parking space available. (Space 243). There is a $75 per week, non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri. This payment is separate from your reservation and will due upon check-in (in the office located on the second floor during regular hours of operation and at the security desk after hours). If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 Per day or $55 per week for each space. Please ensure that any necessary parking permit is displayed at all times.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
