Tax-free shopping is available just a short drive north in Delaware, the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park are five miles down the coast, and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street for family entertainment.

BUILDING REGISTRATION FEE: A $50 non-refundable building registration fee, payable in cash, is required at check-in.

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Older place that needs updating but good price and great location. It also has lots of amenities within the resort to help you still have a good vacation if the weather doesn’t cooperate. I would suggest bringing your own pillows as the ones there are quite old and dirty. I would also suggest bringing your own blankets as it doesn’t seem like they wash the quilts on the beds and there were only 2 blankets to be found. It would be nice if they would install ceiling fans and get rid of the incredibly dirty box fans that were available but we were thankful that there were enough fans for the 3 sleeping areas. Bring TP and paper towels if staying more than a couple of days and hand soaps for the bathrooms. I would also suggest that you bring extra kitchen towels and washcloths as they only provide one. Also, oven mitts and salt and pepper as well as any oil or other spices or seasonings for cooking. There were none. It’s a great location and a beautiful view as well as easy access to the beach but if you’re a neat freak you may want to look elsewhere.
