The Space:
Braemar Towers 404 is a wonderful vacation spot in North Ocean City, with great views of the ocean, beach, and pool! Located in the North Tower, this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and hardwood flooring. Step outside onto the private south-facing balcony for cool breezes and partial views of the ocean to the left and bay to the right. This property is well-equipped for the vacationing family, with free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs, and comfortable sleeping for six. You'll have a reserved, private parking space and plenty of on-street parking available. Braemar Towers has been regarded as one of the nicest and cleanest resorts in Ocean City for years, and there are plenty of reasons why.
The resort has everything you need to relax comfortably while keeping everyone in your group entertained. A beachfront outdoor pool sits between the buildings, enhanced by a huge bi-level pool deck with panoramic ocean views. There is an exercise room, saunas, two tennis courts, a large outdoor storage area to hold all your chairs and beach gear, a game room, and beach-level restrooms all available to guests. Head to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or lounge by the pool on the oceanfront sundeck. Challenge your partner to a tennis match, workout in the fitness room, then relax in the sauna.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The facilities at the condo were great and definitely helped make the stay nicer. However, the actual condo and management staff for parking left a little to be desired. The condo is in need of multiple basic repairs. It has holes in the walls and paint chipping off the walls throughout the space. The towel bar hanger in the master bathroom is very loose and I was afraid it might pull out. Every toilet has scratches and marks where you can’t tell if it was clean. The guest bathroom sink was clogged and very slow to drain. The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom of it, so we didn’t use it for fear it would leak. In addition, we had to share bath towels as there was only 3 towels provided. In a place that is supposed to house 7 people. It would have been helpful to know to bring our own instead of advertising that the condo provides bath towels if there aren’t going to be many.When we went to pay the parking fee, the facilities management office was not very friendly and didn’t seem to expect us or know why we were there. It took some explaining to get the parking pass and they were not nice about it.Finally, the process of picking up the keys and dropping them off was a bit of an inconvenience. The office will only release the keys after 4pm yet closes at 5pm. This puts a good bit of pressure on someone to arrive within the hour to try to check in. We ended up missing the window because of traffic. I will say it was easy to get the keys from the lock box. Finally,
