WILDLIFE AND MOUNTAIN LIVING

Black bears are part of the Smoky Mountain environment and may occasionally pass through the neighborhood. Always observe wildlife from a safe distance and never approach or feed animals.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sound carries outdoors, so voices and music should be kept especially low on the balconies and around the hot tub after 10:00 PM.
