I had a truly wonderful stay at Sekar Uluwatu. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Alice was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Her warmth and care made the whole experience even more special.

We loved our stay at the villa. It seems to be relatively new and is very well maintained. Our room was cleaned every two days, as requested, and had everything we needed, including coffee and tea, a kettle, and a small fridge stocked with non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase, which was restocked as needed.
The bed was very comfortable, and the villa was peaceful and quiet. We didn’t experience any noise from other guests, construction, nearby clubs, or busy streets, which made our stay very relaxing. The air conditioning was also great and cooled the room very quickly.
The villa is locally family-owned, and the staff were always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
These are only a few small things that could be improved and definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.
The pillows were a little too high and uncomfortable for us. We requested another pillow, which the staff happily provided, and it was slightly better, not quite there yet.
The shower would become cold quite quickly, usually after around five minutes, so it was difficult for two people to have hot showers one after the other.
When we first arrived, the room had a slight damp smell from being closed up. This is quite common in Bali because of the humidity, and it wasn’t anything major.
The wardrobe was a very good size, but there were only three clothes hangers, so a few more would have been helpful.
We also felt that an additional small table or surface for the coffee, tea, and kettle would be useful. My partner worked on his computer on several days, so we needed the existing table as a workspace and ended up moving those items to the bathroom bench.
Lastly, the ramp at the entrance to the property was a little rough, particularly when going in and out on a scooter.
Overall, these are very minor details and didn’t negatively affect our experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
