Very good location, very good use of space and absolutely amazing facilities. Everything was very clean and seemingly new. Quite neighbourhood with combinis right around the corner. Just a few minute walk from Ueno station from witch you can get anywhere.
The only "bad" thing is that the apartment is small and everything in it as well, but that is to be expected since this is Japan so this really isn't a fault but i thing the apartment would probably be best for families because of the bed situation.
