Lovely big room & nice new feel bathroom
Room was not to minimalist could have had a picture or 2 on the wall & small sofa as room was so large
The surrounding area was a bit scruffy!
Parking is a nightmare

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda para dos personas, la cama es suave, te entregan todo muy limpio; te proporcionan toallas, sobres para hacer café, tienen una jarra para hervir agua. El baño a pesar de ser compartido, permanece limpio y lo asean a diario. En general no se siente ruido de la calle, esta bien insonorizado, cuenta con buen aire acondicionado y si no te gusta, esta bien ventilado. Queda cerca de Bari Centrale y es una ventaja si necesitan moverte en tren.
Lo único extraño es el olor en las noches a caño y/o humedad pero es una sensación en la ciudad en general.

Everything was excellent! The host was very kind and welcoming, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and everything was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
One small suggestion for the future would be to have a mini kitchen or at least a fridge available in the common areas. Other than that, everything was ideal!

Локацията е добра, мястото е чисто - има две бани/тоалетни за 5 стаи долу-горе, никога не ни се наложи да изчакваме някого и винаги бяха чисти. Помещенията са практически чисто нови, направени са през 2026 определено.
При настаняването имаше проблем - човекът ни посрещна и отключи, но стаята не беше почистена. Каза, че е грешка на камериерите и предложи да ни почерпи в кафето долу, докато почистят стаята. Взехме ключа, почерпихме се, а раниците си оставихме на него. Той ги заключи в негова стая и след това ги премести в нашата, докато ние се разхождахме. Заради правилната реакция, не намалям оценката, всичко друго беше прекрасно.
