The apartment has a well-functioning air conditioner and refrigerator, as well as a Smart TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is compact but fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the city’s main attractions and the train station, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.
The neighbourhood and the building itself are quite old, and the common areas, including the stairs, show signs of age and wear. This is, of course, not the apartment owner’s fault and does not reflect the condition of the apartment itself.
