Location

Could not get access to door combination. Called about ten times over an hour to be able to go into the room. Finally, it was sent. No coffee; only coffe pot. No cups.

Horrid.

It looked like the pictures but, it was extremely dirty. I've had a much better experience at other places in Condesa. Stay there. This area is less tourist friendly. They also had nowhere to store bags with a very late check-in at 4pm. I arrived at noon and had to lug my bags around for 4 hrs while exhausted only to arrive into a dirty room that was not remedied #smh

The place was dirty and still under construction. Poop and residue in the toilet. Hair all over the bathroom sink, floors. Bathroom had a funky, moldy smell. The place was under construction upon my arrival with literal sparks flying and tarps and cords down. Baseboards were unpainted. Chalk was still on the window frames. The glass and mirrors weren't clean. The street it's on is sketchy. I definitely did not feel comfortable going out at night as a solo female. I'm pretty sure I was followed when I went out for a bottle of water around dusk. Only running in sudden torrential downpour saved me. When I messaged mgmt to say the room hadn't been cleaned, they said they'd send someone up shortly. Exhausted, I waited over an hr for them to say, send us pictures (so they could decide if it was bad enough for them to care 🙄). They then said the room was clean and offered me late checkout....as if I'd want to stay in a dirty apartment longer! I'd been traveling for over 24 hours with no sleep and it was my first time in Mexico City. I paid for a clean and safe room - I did not receive that. As someone who has been to over 50 countries, hands down, the worst introduction to a new city. As someone who was an Airbnb super host in NYC for 3 years and the holder of an MBA from the #1 MBA program globally, this is NOT how you run a business AT ALL. Stay away from this place, Capitalia overall and ignore whatever AI response filled with lies they'll provide in response to this.

Mi experiencia en Capitalia El Ángel fue excelente. El departamento estaba impecable, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar una estancia tranquila. Se nota el cuidado en los detalles y la limpieza del lugar. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que la estancia fuera más agradable. La ubicación también es muy buena, con tiendas, restaurantes, cafés y servicios muy cerca, lo que facilita mucho moverse y disfrutar la zona. Sin duda, es una gran opción para quienes visitan la Ciudad de México y buscan un lugar cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
