The host (Yumiko) was responsive and hospitable. Very pleasant! The property was beautiful, and everything in good condition. As a guest, I felt well cared for. The area is wonderful, and one restaurant owner lent us umbrellas when we were caught out in the rain. So nice!

I think it would have been helpful if printed instructions were available? Wi-Fi password and how to operate the laundry machine. But the hosts answered all calls with issues and were very gracious!

家族５人、１歳の孫、犬１匹で１泊させていただきました。山中湖畔の素敵な平屋ヴィラ、綺麗な芝生、サップ・カヌーも利用させて頂き山中湖を犬とゆっくり湖上散歩させていただきました。息子夫婦＆娘はサウナで整い最高～!と(^^♪ センス抜群、ロケーション最高、サウナ露天風呂全て最高でした。日常から離れ１日でしたが、心・身体も癒されました。ホストのYumikoさんはいろいろなお願いも快く聞いてくださりとても親切で素敵なお方でした。ありがとうございました。

良くなかった点は特に無かったです(^^) 備品としてお酒・ワイン好きな我が家はワインクーラーがあるとありがたかったです。あとは大人数でしたので使用後のタオル類を置く場所に困りました。
