The location was fine. We chose to stay in Manitou because it was close to where we planned to go the next morning. There was NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE, NO JUICE, NO PASTRIES, NO MILK, NO FRUIT. There was 3 boxes of cereal, the tiny ones that we ate when we were kids. And some year old granola bars. That's it. Not impressed. We needed to eat before our hike, so unfortunately, we had to go to a restaurant, which was good, but expensive ... just like everything else these days. There were no hosts on-site, operates like a sort of BNB without the Breakfast. And the only way to reach anyone was through email, no phone number (unless I missed that, but I don't think so). The beds were sort of comfortable, but the room we had looked nothing like the pictures shown online when I booked. Had I known all of the above, I would not have. But in a pinch, room and property were clean, although they need updating, and the air and tv worked great.
