Location, cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, and not having to visit the lobby at all for checking in and checking out. Very convenient.
Not the property's fault, but unfortunately a local aggressively approached me while sitting in front of my room. I think he got picked up by the cops/EMS shortly thereafter on Manitou Ave. I hope he's OK.

The location was convenient
No ice, no vending machines. The email should of been more detailed. We didn't realize there was no human to check in with that a pin for the door is the key. The email should of stated this is your room pin number instead of just sending a pin with no clue what it was for.
