The room was specious and amazing and the service! Great! And delicious breakfast

We stayed there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and the staff made our experience truly special. At check‑in, we were informed that they had upgraded our room to a suite as a thoughtful gesture for our celebration, something we appreciated immensely.
They also welcomed us with two glasses of Prosecco and even arranged our restaurant reservation in Capomulini before our arrival.
Excellent staff: kind, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to chat with. A wonderful treat from beginning to end.

Tout ! 4 jours sans fausses notes .
Emplacement très bien,avec restaurant a proximité à pieds, le personnel souriant ,gentil et très serviable.
Petit déjeuner extra, parking privé a réserver.

La posizione, lo staff molto disponibile, la colazione
La camera decadente, la stanza dei nostri amici aveva il bagno rotto ed abbiamo usato in 4 quello della nostra camera, la doccia piccola e maltenuta, il soffitto basso dove si batteva la testa, l'aria condizionata troppo datata. Trattasi di nuova gestione, presa in carico da poco ma la stanza in cui ho soggiornato non corrispondeva a quanto pensavo di aver prenotato su booking. Ha buona possibilitĂ ma va sistemato
