Das Haus war sehr einfach, aber ganz schön. Es liegt etwas 1,5 km vom Kumano Kodo entfernt. Die Strecke muss man mit einplanen. Die Übergabe im Schlüsselsafe war ganz problemlos.

とても良い宿でした。バス停が近く、主要な停留所なので移動しやすかったです。近くに大きめのスーパーもあり、トレッキング後に宿で料理をして食事を楽しめたのも良かったです。
室内の設備はとても充実していて、焼肉のたれやコーヒー、食器類も揃っていました。チェックイン時には蚊取り線香も用意されていて、とても親切だと感じました。夜は庭からたくさんの星が見え、洗濯機もあり便利でした。

An honest minimalistic Japanese house. European Beds, very comfortable. It has a minimal kitchen- with microwave, kettle and fridge. There is a shop nearby for essentials.
The host was very helpful organising a taxi the NeXT day so we could start our walk in Takahara, and did not first have to walk all the way up again.
The location was a bit of a surprise being off and down the mountain (after walking up it), and the path there was hard to find- partly because the information centre in Tanabe gave us wrong instructions. This is also on us as we don’t speak Japanese.
The kitchen is very sparse, a few more plates, and bowls would have made our dinner more enjoyable, we had to eat out of plastic now. Not a disaster.
