This is a great property with wonderful amenities - we love the concept of the gym, pools, co-working, and great restaurant on site.
It’s very modern in design, and feels calm and beautiful. Our room was serene, quiet and very big. We had a lot of space.
It’s also excellent value for money.
Perfect if you are looking for somewhere a bit out of the way, to work, train & relax.
There were a number of things that affected our stay that I think they need to address to make the stay better. It’s a new property, so I am saying this as constructive feedback.
Cleanliness - it seems the cleaners are not cleaning properly, do not change towels etc. The floor was dirty upon our arrival and was not cleaned during our 3-day stay. The gym was great - but also not very clean. For me, cleanliness is a huge thing and I notice all the small details.
Damp - this is a shame because the concept of pools looks really stunning, and I appreciate what the resort has tried to do. However, there are issues with a damp smell, and also the water dispenser plug socket blew & smoked in our room (I believe because the wall attached to the private hot tub of our room). I believe with walls have quickly become damp due to all the water around, and something needs to be done to help this before it gets worse. Perhaps if dehumidifiers are put in every room it would help.
Staff - the reception staff are polite, but I didn’t feel they were very friendly. I didn’t feel there was any concept of going ‘above & beyond’ or feeling very cared for. The restaurant staff however, were very good. Again - this may be because it’s a new hotel and training is ongoing.

When all the roads to and from the resort will be finished, it will be a smoother ride to get in and out. But it looked like they almost were!
