Especially manager Gomez Diaz was extremely helpful and kind, we would like to thank him for the great service.
Construction work noise did wake us up every morning at around 10:30-11:00.

The Hotel (wouldn’t call it a Resort) is surrounded by many heavy constructions which brings a lot of dirt, dust and noise to it. And it doesn’t look like as this will change soon.
My room was was smelling very musty. Staff tried to fix the drain inside the kitchen area, but the smell remained. Solution was leaving me a room spray…
The place is chosen by many people enjoying the Bali nightlife until the early morning hours…
Not that important, but they make it unnecessary complicated to connect to their WiFi.
