宿のご主人の地元の食材に対する愛着と誇り、素材の良さを更に生かす創意工夫がたっぷり感じられるお料理で、5泊6日の朝夕のお食事すべて、至福の時で、感謝しかありません。またご主人は日本酒・ワインに造詣が深く、各お料理にペアリングでセレクトされる日本酒やワインは、料理との相性が鋭敏な感覚で吟味されており、ペアリングすることで、日本酒やワインが別次元の味わいになるのを何度も感じました。ひとり旅でしたが、夕食を食べ終えるまで、夜も遅いのに、話し相手になっていただいたのも有り難かったです。
