The house is modern, stylish, and spacious, making it a comfortable choice for a one- or two-night stay. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the modern design and generous space.
The location was not ideal and felt more like being in the middle of a township. There were no dustbins in the bathrooms, and some of the owners’ clothes and food were still in the house, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. The main bedroom linen was clean, but the linen in the other two rooms looked dirty, and we even found spider webs and moths on some of it. There were also not enough towels for the six people we booked for, and the gas heater was empty when we switched it on, which made the house very cold in winter. The curtains are see-through, which made sleeping difficult. Although the house is modern and really nicely decorated, seeing some of the owners’ food in the kitchen made it feel a little unpersonal; storing those items away would make the space feel even more welcoming for guests.
