The property is within a 2 minutes walk of the Kanegafuchi train station (which will get you anywhere you need or to a station that will). The area was quiet and a lot of kind people. The apartment is small, but in a familiar and cozy way. Having a washer in the apartment was amazing (though there is a laundry mat just a minute away from the building.
The bed was a bit too uncomfortable for me and only having one pillow contributed to that was well.

The property is right next to Kanegafuchi station (a minute walk), giving convenient access to the Tobu Isesaki line. The water heater and AC work well, and the room is large enough to store your suitcase(s) and purchases without them being in the way.
I didn’t plan on using a TV during my stay, so it didn’t matter to me, but the listing on Booking.com lists a TV; there was no TV on the property during my stay.
