The price and it had enough beds for my goup.
Location and the weeds. The parking was kind of difficult because of the depre in the back. The oven needed cleaning.

The privacy, feel, and look of a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local attractions & shopping. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (groceries are available from a nearby store), and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a family-DIY getaway.
