Get away from it all and relax in the quiet and quaint setting of old Florida. Enjoy a private kayak launch and fishing on sight . Abundant wildlife as well as an Eagles nest in the front yard . A couple of tame deer , wild birds and squirrels who may come to say hello. This spacious comfortable and very clean apartment has a full coffee and tea bar TV in the living room and bedroom with reclining leather furniture . The bedroom has a smart Tv with a temperpedic bed , private study or office space.

Enjoy local restaurants, specialty coffee/ breakfast cafes , gift shoppes, museums and archeological sights just a couple of miles away . Fishing pier , white Sandy beaches , bank fishing on property , Kayaks, bikes nd full gym on sight. Many fish off of the local city fishing pier also and buy tackle from the local hardware store. There are also multiple freshwater springs and rivers within 30 minutes . A true nature lovers dream. No close neighbors only one single woman lives upstairs at this location and will help with anything you may need. She is available by phone and message via this app. This location is fully independent with self sufficient utilities .

Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.

Our stay was everything we had anticipated. The home is beautiful and very private. If you can’t relax here then you can’t relax anywhere. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.
The property is beautiful and very scenic. We watched some beautiful sunsets while sitting on the veranda.
On top of all this we had Little Dog, Precious and the pet deer who came and visited us every day.
Who could ask for more.
I’d stay here again anytime.
