This two bedroom, two bathroom condo inside a converted 1915 building sleeps 6 between two queen beds and a sofa bed, with one reserved parking space, gigabit WiFi, a dedicated desk, and in-unit laundry. It's a good fit for families, two couples splitting a stay, remote workers who need a real setup, and travelers bringing a dog along.

THE SPACE

An urban loft inside a reimagined 1915 landmark, exposed historic character paired with warm, curated furnishings. A "'Nooga Nights & Neon Lights" sign glows above the living room, and a custom Chattanooga mural sets the tone at the dining table.

THE HIGHMARK STATIONS

Every Highmark Collection property, including this one, includes five signature in-unit stations that go beyond a standard furnished rental.

The Groove, a working turntable and curated vinyl collection of Chattanooga connected artists, including The Impressions and Bessie Smith.

The Workaround, a full-size desk, an ergonomic chair, and Chattanooga's EPB gigabit network, set up in Bedroom 1.

The Finishing Touch, a dedicated get-ready station with quality lighting, set up in Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, a TV, a sliding barn door, and exposed brick, along with a private ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower and Zenology toiletries.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, a TV, a green headboard, and hand-selected wallpaper. A Pack-and-Play and high chair are available in this room's closet for families traveling with young children.

LIVING ROOM

Open concept seating for 6 to 8, a sofa bed that sleeps two with sheets pre-installed, and a 60 inch smart TV with Roku. Board games are on hand for a quieter night in, and the room flows directly into the kitchen and dining area.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped for a full group meal or a quick breakfast, with gourmet coffee pods, pre-measured local coffee, a filtered water pitcher, ice trays, a compact dishwasher, a WiFi Porter on the counter for a strong signal while you cook, and an expandable dining table that seats 4, expandable to 6.

BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY

Two full bathrooms, the ensuite off Bedroom 1 with a rainfall shower and an oversized hallway bathroom with a large shower, both stocked with Zenology toiletries and fresh towels. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer is in the hallway, with an iron and ironing board in Bedroom 2's closet.

PARKING

One reserved parking space in the adjacent lot, accessed from Georgia Avenue, is included at no extra cost. Step-by-step instructions are provided before arrival.

LOCATION

The Tennessee Aquarium, the Riverwalk, and the Bluff View Art District are all within walking distance, along with the Walnut Street Bridge and the Hunter Museum of American Art. Main Street Meats, Community Pie, Public House, Bridgeman's Chophouse, and Calliope are all a short walk or quick rideshare away. Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, and Rock City are about 15 minutes by car for an easy half day trip.

BUILDING AND ACCESS

A secure 1915 building currently undergoing an active historic renovation, so occasional daytime activity in common areas is possible. Keyless self check-in via smart lock, and guests may use the building's lobby, hallways, and elevator. The condo is on the 2nd floor. Exterior security cameras monitor building common areas only, for safety, they do not record inside the condo. A noise monitor inside the unit tracks decibel levels only, it does not record audio or video.

ELEVATOR AND PARKING: TEMPORARY UPDATE

The building's elevator is temporarily out for repairs, so the condo is currently reached by one flight of stairs from the entrance. Please plan for this with luggage or mobility needs. The reserved parking space is also temporarily unavailable due to nearby city construction, alternative parking is available two doors down and any parking costs there will be reimbursed in full. Free street and garage parking is also available nearby after 6 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

GOOD TO KNOW

Not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and the primary guest must be 25 or older to book. Well-behaved pets are welcome, just add them to your reservation when you book ($75 per pet, per stay).
