The upstairs has two cozy bedrooms with charming sloped ceilings, typical of a Cape Cod -style home. These are smaller, snug spaces- perfect for a comfortable night's sleep with full beds in each and views of the water. The warm, quaint interior keeps everyone comfortable year-round with both heating and air conditioning. The one full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
One of the highlights of the cottage is the spacious screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. It’s a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee, listen to the birds, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the peaceful river breeze. Just off the porch, there is a large patio with a fire pit and seating for 6 to enjoy meals, conversation, or simply soaking in the natural beauty around you.
