Located in the high-end community of Caldera Springs, 56318 Elk Run Drive is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. Perfect for family getaways, this 3395 sq. ft. home is enjoyable for up to 12 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Inside this executive home you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with high-end finishes throughout. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• An expansive kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, oven, and six burner gas cook top
• Stunning forest views with a back patio featuring a hot tub, barbecue, firepit, and furniture
• A large dining room table that can accommodate eight guests with additional seating for four at the counter
• A living room featuring a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings and flat screen TV for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• A roomy master suite on the main level with direct access to the hot tub and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and bathtub, and a large walk-in closet
• A second downstairs queen attached to a shared bathroom
• An upstairs king bedroom
• Upstairs bunk room with 2 bunkbeds with Queens on the bottom and twin's on the top
Upstairs bonus room with a large 65" TV and a pull-out couch
• Large three car garage with up to four cars able to park in garage
-This property provides 5 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
