The Space:

Introducing Cozy Cub, our gorgeous lovers' retreat located on a gentle knoll in a quiet cove of Phase II in the Mountain Shadows Resort Community. This luxurious little gem includes all the amenities for weekend excursions or a week long vacation with your special someone. The great room features a large sectional sofa with cozy blankets and pillows, a large flat screen television and beautiful indoor fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances to help create your own meals to serve at the dining nook table. There is plenty of kitchenware and utensils for the table, food prep, and cooking in this fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom features a king size bed and large flat screen tv. The bathroom has a large vanity mirror and a combination shower/tub. A convenient stacked washer/dryer is closeted in the bathroom. The front porch has rocking chairs and small table to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea. There is a large gas grill on the deck to cook up those grillin' specials, plus adjacent steps to a totally unique feature of the Cozy Cub cabin - the Hot Tub Hut. Inside a covered screened-in cabana-like setting is a large 4-person hot tub spa to relax in after a long day of hiking or walking the streets of Gatlinburg. Come - Enjoy! Highly Active Black Bear activity.. Guests and staff alike love our black bear community. We ask that you do not feed the bears or leave trash within reach of our black bear families. Please lock your vehicles and keep doors and windows closed of the cabins. Do not approach the bears. Let me explore and move on. Guests who are caught feeding the bears will be asked to leave without refund.



Resort Pool is right around the corner from the property. Open from 9am to Dusk daily from May through September. There is a playground and basketball court also right next to the pool.



Quiet time in the Resort is from 10pm to 8am daily.



Getting Around:

There is space for 2 vehicles at the cabin. We also recommend taking the trolley for free in Downtown Gatlinburg to avoid high parking lot fees when visiting Downtown Gatlinburg. Park at the Gatlinburg welcome center for free and take the trolley anywhere you need to go.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will receive one complimentary ticket to the following attractions everyday of their stay. This is only one ticket per attraction and guests will need to purchase additional tickets if more than one person is visiting the attraction. Guests can do this through the personalized booking link they will receive upon booking. Guest must provide their first and last name, email address, and phone number. Xplorie, the free attraction program, will email the personalized link to the guest on file. This is a complimentary gift and not a sales pitch. We can not offer more than one ticket to the attractions. Tickets expire if not used that day and will renew the next day.. This goes from check in day to check out day.
