Welcome to the coolest VRBO around, a cozy, impressively transformed trolley home experience. This isn't your typical house, condo, or camper. Staying here means you're awesome. It's unlike anything else around. You'll enjoy charm and character you won't find anywhere. It's not a normal house with normal doors and windows. The Trolley home is set up like a studio, but with curtains to fully enclose the bed for privacy. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, compact oven, coffee maker (bring your favorite k-cups), utensils, pots/pans to use on the double cook top stocked in the cabinet. There is one king bed, a couch that folds into a bed that can sleep 1 additional guest (or 2 small kids). 1 full bathroom with shower.
Outside, you will walk onto the concrete patio with fire-pit, outdoor seating, and dining table for four. A walk down the adjacent driveway leads to the 20 acres of trails. Hiking trail map is located on kitchen countertop. Terrain is moderate. The Trolley is on our 30 acres that contain 3 houses and one shipping container tiny home. The back 20 acres is classified forest that has beautiful hiking trails and rock shelf over stream. The closest house is 120 feet behind the trolley. The trolley, covered picnic area, and fire pit are yours exclusively. The 20 acres of hiking trails and stream are shared among our other potential guests.
