Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the apartment and building amenities during their stay. Check-in takes place at the front desk, where a valid government-issued ID is required for registration. A FOB key will be provided for elevator and amenity access.

This is a private residence located within a residential building and is not a hotel. Hotel-style services are not included.



Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.



Quiet hours must be respected. Parties and events are not allowed.



Valet parking is available on-site at the following rates:



1 hour: 17.66 USD

2 hours: 23.54 USD

3 hours: 35.31 USD

10 hours: 47.08 USD

24 hours or overnight: 58.85 USD



An alternative parking garage is located approximately two blocks from the building at 644 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL. The rate is approximately 38 USD per night plus taxes.



Access to building amenities is subject to availability and building rules.



The FOB is located inside the unit. An 80 USD replacement fee will apply if it is lost.



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the property.



A Pack n Play travel crib is available upon request for 25 USD per stay.
