The house is 4 miles toUVM or hospital and 2 miles to Downtown Burlington.10 minutes walk to leddy park beach and bike path. Very safe neighborhood.

The room was quiant, cozy and clean. Also, the screen windows allowed a cool, shore side breeze making topping off the calming nature noises. The bathroom and shower additionally was clean and plenty of space.
In terms of area, it was nicely located near a gorgeous park trail and beach within walking distance, not to mention only being mere blocks away from a bus stop getting you into town in decent time. It's a good choice whether you have a car/rental, or enjoy getting around on your feet. Extremely cyclist friendly!
One more thing I should add is it should be made more clear that it's a room being rented, in the host's house, who actively lives there (In the Vrbo description, it advertised you would have the whole place to yourself) but they were pleasant, quiet, and did their own thing. I felt safe in the area, and in the house and did not take much away from my stay. If you enjoy a comforting stay in calm breezy neighborhood surrounded by nature anywhere you set your eyes, I would highly recommend this place to you.
