The property was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The host communicated well and helped with any queries. There are two pool complexes, and this property was a minutes walk from the larger more modern complex that also had a bar (expensive). There are bathrooms, jacuzzi, splash pad (sprinklers for kids) and two pools, plus a small firepit and lots of chairs with parasols. The other complex is across the main road a few minutes away, and has a games room (arcade machine), small kids water playground, one pool, and a gym. We went to Epic, Islands of Adventure and Universal by Uber /Lyft. Epic is very close and only cost 10 or so in a standard car. Orlando airport was less than 30 minutes away and cost 50 approximately for an XXL Lyft (4 passengers with lots of luggage). Publix is a few minutes walk from the apartment for basic groceries but it's a little expensive. Subway, a decent pizza place and burger restaurant are also next door. Chipotle is in the opposite direction, 10 minutes walk, and Chic Fil A 20 minutes away next to Walgreens. It's easy to stay here without a car and the property and neighbourhood felt very safe.

Great quiet and very safe location. Pool area is amazing! Amazing amenities, like grocery, liquor, gift shops and a few restaurants within walking distance. Bathroom cleaning could have been a bit more detailed, splashes along wall by toilet and hair strands on floor and in shower. Overall very happy with the accommodations, would definitely rent again.
