Bien situé, près de la gare centrale et de deux lignes de métro + trams.
Appartement bien équipé, lits confortables.
Belle salle de bains (mais manque de papier toilette, seulement deux rouleaux fournis pour trois jours alors que nous étions cinq).
Je n'ai pas aimé avoir à attendre les instructions via un autre contact que celui sur Booking, encore moins via WhatsApp. De plus j'aurais aimé avoir les instructions la veille de notre arrivée pour tout avoir en tête à l'avance, car j'ai reçu le jour-même alors que nous étions en voiture. Dans la rue en plein soleil avec cette chaleur à Milan il m'a été difficile de lire correctement, mais c'est de ma faute.
Je n'ai pas non plus compris pourquoi j'ai reçu plusieurs liens, je préfère que toutes les intructions soient sur une seule page.
Présence de quelques fourmis dans l'appartement, rien de grave mais c'est surprenant, surtout au 2ème étage.
L'air conditionné dans le salon qui fonctionne un peu moins bien que dans les chambres mais là encore c'est un détail.

Location was walking distance to Milano Centrale Station. Apartments are fairly well equipped with decent facilities. The cleaning staff were very helpful, in particular Fari who helped us collect the keys and explained how to access the apartment. We were also able to leave our luggage before check in, which was helpful.
We did have a number of issues during our stay which were not properly addressed by the property. One of the bedroom shutters did not work and so there was no privacy from the outside. This was never fixed. The front door did not close properly and so anyone could come in, which was a safety concern. The kitchen had an Ant infestation and with the sofabed being there, it was not pleasant sleeping there too. Finally, our apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. We had no idea this was the case and this made it a huge struggle for us climbing the stairs with luggage etc. We raised a complaint via booking.com, but unfortunately the property did not reply to our concerns.
