The receptionist was amazing. He called me the day before to confirm everything. He advised me to book a taxi and he gave the phone number.
He waited for us as we arrived quite late and he showed us our tent ( a really beautiful tent!). He also gave me useful information on my transfer back to Santa Marina for my return journey.
The showers were really nice, the toilets really clean and there is also a lovely washing area, if you need to wash your dishes or clothes. there is a fridge and a washing machine (and a dryer!!). All staff have been very professional. The swimming pool is amazing.
There weren't enough areas for shade in the hottest hours, but I know that it is a new resort and many new trees and shrubs have been planted. I can see that in the future this will be no longer a problem.
