The property was very spacious and has all essentials
The main bed room bed and sofa beds could be more comfortable as they were very noisy and a not the softest

The kitchen was well equipped, which was perfect because we cooked and ate in a lot with our toddler.
The location was so handy and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere.
Shower was lovely and there was a really good hairdryer in the apartment.
It had everything we needed.
It was a little noisy on the Wednesday night. We found out later that was because of a Halloween party.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Staff were prompt with responding to any queries we had.
Maybe a microwave for convienece as we wamted to warm up some left overs and a takeaway we had.
Unfortunately, we ended up throwing the food away.

The communication with the owners and employees was quick and they were very helpful.
The bed was very uncomfortable, the wall was peeling from moisture and the toilet was dripping through the night. The owner then sent a message offering a 10£ voucher in exchange for a 10 points on the review.
